A L Energy Plus - Free Electricity

How to get Free Electricity

A L Energy use Photovoltaic (PV) Cells , which generates electricity through silicon solar cells (Solar Panels) which are commonly installed onto your roof. that convert daylight into electricity.

There are three Easy Steps to Generate your own electricity

  • 1.) Call A L Energy on 0845 6022 053 to install Solar Panels System
  • 2.) Solar Panels will convert daylight into electricity
  • 3.) Electricity generated from the Solar Panels used to run all the Electrical Appliances in your home
(any excess electricity sold back to the national grid at a pre-determined rate)

How Solar PV Works

A L Energy Plus - Free Electricity

The Solar PV panel systems, capture then convert the sun's energy using photovoltaic cells.
The Solar PV cells don't need direct sunlight to work although they won't generate as much electricity, the solar PV cells will still generate some electricity on a cloudy day.
The solar PV cells capture the suns energy and then convert the sunlight into electricity, which is feed into your home.

The Solar PV cells are made from layers of semi-conducting material, usually silicon.
When the suns light shines on the cell it generates an electric field across the layers. The stronger or more sunlight, the more electricity is produced.
Groups of solar PV cells are placed together in solar PV panels that can be installed onto your roof.

The Electricty which has been generated is passed to a solar inverter or PV inverter is a crucial component in the Solar PV system.  It converts the variable DC output from the PV modules into AC current that can used in your home or sold back to the National Grid.  Solar inverters have special functions adapted for use with PV arrays, including maximum power point tracking and anti-islanding protection

The converted energy is then stored in an array of batteries which you use when needed or sell to the National Grid.

If you use more energy than you have generated then you can still purchase electricity from the National Grid.  So no need to worry about sitting about all night waiting for the sun to come up.

The power of a solar PV cell is measured in kilowatts peak (kWp).
Solar PV cells come in different and sizes which we at A L Energy are happy to talk you through the best for your home.

Solar PV Systems -Maintenance and Savings

Maintenance

Solar PV system need very little maintenance keeping them clean and keep trees away from them so they don't begin to overshadow them.
The panels should last 25 years or more, but the inverter is likely to need replacing some time during this period

Savings

A 2.9kWp solar panel system could generate up to 2,500 kilowatt hours of electricity a year - that's around three quarters of a typical household's electricity needs.  If your solar PV system is eligible for the Governments Feed-In Tariff scheme it could generate savings and income of nearly £1,200 per year.
If you know your system size, you can get a tailored estimate for your system using our Solar PV Calculator.

There is also an environmental Saving YOUR  Carbon Footprint will be reduced saving over a tonne of carbon dioxide every year. carbon dioxide every year.
